“I bought this cake and the matching cupcakes, they were very good, and would recomment the product, however the customer service is poor, in fact unbeliveably poor. When I sent an email about a missing product this was one of the responses:

The actual cakes are good, in fact better than other online cake deliveries, but the customer service is appaling.”
“I was disappointed with my recent order. The cake arrived damaged — the chocolate on top was broken, some of the decorative items like the Kinder eggs were missing, and the overall design was melted and broken, not exactly like the photo advertised.
To make things worse, the cake was left outside my front door without anyone knocking, even though I was at home. Given that it’s a perishable item, I would have expected better handling and at least a knock on the door.
Considering the price we paid, we genuinely expected better quality and care in both the packaging and delivery. This was meant for a birthday, so presentation really mattered. I’ve attached photos to show the difference between what was ordered and what was delivered.
I hope this can be looked into to prevent similar issues for other customers.”
“The cake arrived beautifully packaged with cool bags around the cake to stop it from melting. Basically it has been a huge success. My Son, whose 18th Birthday it was, barely waited to blow out his candles before he was tucking into a huge slice. There was lovely wafer texture which complemented the Kinder Bueno very well. Your cakes are always lovely and make our day.”
