“This is my second order with this company. My first cake was brilliant looked great and tasted delicious. Unfortunately my second was a little squished when I recieved it was probably down to delivery putting something heavy on top. I messaged to let them know about the disaster and they dealt with it brilliantly. Even thought it was a little bashed it did take amazing! I would definitely recommend.”
“The two hippo wafers on top of cake were dry and stale.
The managers do not care one bit about customer service I added a note for delivery and also onto the delivery company's email it was all ignored and my cakes were left on door step alday.
When I reported with photo evidence from our cctv to dessert customer service allni got was there sorry nothing else not even a discount bare in mind I spent about £70 with them will never use them again very poor service.”
