“This is such a great set for trying out three products within the same range. I really like all three of them, but am IN LOVE with the ultracalming mist, to the point that I am going to buy the full size now! The cleanser is so gentle, although a little hard to dispense from the very firm bottle. And the gel is perfectly soothing and cooling.”

The ultra calming cleanser bottle didn’t work, and the contents just didn’t seem right. Old stock it smacked of. However you’ve replaced it, and I’m delighted. The calm water gel container lid has to be prized open, it’s really difficult to get the contents out of the tube. I don’t mind paying, your products are expensive , so for a first time sensitive skin package, I was disappointed. I must admit, I thought the calm water gel would be bigger than a sample size. Anyway, just a one off I’m sure, I will certainly still use your products. I didn’t take the name of the lady in customer service, but she was delightful.”
