“Love the hydrating spray and water gel , would def purchase full size , however the cleanser is just too hard to get out of the bottle , have to fully unscrew lid so I wouldn’t buy this again”

“I love the product, but the packaging of the face wash is absolutely infuriating. Because the bottle is a hard, rigid plastic, it is impossible to get the product out without completely unscrewing the lid.
I have mentioned this several times before but no one pays any heed. They should change the packaging to a dog, squeeze version, same as the moisturiser.”
