I have enjoyed this course, it has been an excellent refresher after several years break. Would be excellent for a person who is new to working in customer service as well.

I listen to what people are saying and not saying so I can ask pertinent clarification questions, all the while being engaging and polite, no matter the emotional state of the person with whom I'm interacting. I always look to find ways to improve whatever process I'm involved in and am willing to do what it takes to ensure customer staisfaction if at all possible and to pass it upward in the chain of responsibility if I don't have the responsibility myself to provide the service required. I am always discreet both with customer data and any personal information they might provide, even if unintentionally. I work to be loyal to both the customer and the organization I'm representing, looking to create a harmonious interaction each time.
