“After coming back to work after a hiatus of many years, i found the course very helpful and refreshing. Whilst the content is long and considerable, it does make you think comprehensively abou the customer journey and how to avoid bad buying experiences. Thank you all for producing this course.”

“I took the time to brush up on my customer service skills and was pleasantly surprised to have had all my unit quizzes correct, and pass the final exam first time. After all, that's what I've been doing for over 10 years, so I didn't expect to fail. Great way to learn and brush up on my current skills.”
