“The course validated my knowledge of customer service skills and affirmed what I've learned over the years. The quiz was multiple-choice and easy to use. This course wouldn't work for someone who is a visual learner as there isn't much interactivity apart from the quizzes or videos, however, if you can learn from reading and listening then this course will work for you.”

“The course content was VERY heavy and there were a lot of irrelevant slides which made the course a lot longer than necessary. There was also a lot more information that wasn't necessary for front-line staff and more for those at a head of department/ director level. It could really do with being condensed slightly and there were multiple slides where information was repetitive or worded in a different way, but meant the same thing. Because of the length of each unit, it was hard to remain engaged.”
