“The course gave me a good overview of child protection. However, the course covers a lot of legislation, which could be condensed and made into a reference section. At the same time, I would like to see more of a model process when assessing each child protection case. For example, when receiving a concern, who will investigate, to what extent, and what steps will be taken accordingly. I understand that each case will have its own specific approach, but a model process with detailed steps could be a useful reference.”
