“Up to date, relevant and straight forward. All material was delivered through reading or listening to an AI voice read it out to you with dubious emphasis so I opted to read it myself (was quicker that way too). Mini Quiz was easy enough. End quiz was, in the main, relevant although required you to know odd bits of technical knowledge like which legislation defined xyz, which seemed unnecessary detailed.”

“A lot of unnecessary information - too padded out and questions silly - why is it important I know the age Victoria was ? Could have been a lot clearer and more concise . A flow chart of the escalation process would make it easier to understand”
