“This was interesting and quite demanding of concentration, but got a bit technical about all the laws etc, which I realise we need to know but i had to write them all down to keep them clear. But thank you for making think about an uncomfortable subject.”

“Overall the course was really useful and the content was relevant. Layout of the online module was well thought through and user friendly. Tow improvements I felt could be made; firstly sometimes it would tell you that you had advanced too quickly despite the timer elapsing this could do with being resolved as it broke the flow of learning. Secondly some pages had the voice over and others didn't it would be better if this was an option so it was on every page or none.”

“Useful course. presented in a variety of ways to maintain attention and interest Some technical issues not being able to automatically move forward to next slide when selecting "continue, which was frustrating. However, when reporting the error, prompt feedback and this has hopefully been sorted for future delegates”
