“The content was very thorough and relevant. The way you worked through each module with the little quiz at the end of each one was a good way to do it. Making sure you had taken in the content by the in depth questions at the end requiring a large percentage of accuracy.”

“The language used in the course material was aimed at somewhere between the layman and the professional. All of it was relevant and accessible, aided by a clear voice-over, which enabled me to take notes whilst listening. The gravity of the DSL's responsibilities was not overplayed but the procedures were described in such a way that I feel reassured that the agencies involved in this critical role work well together. The text did not pull its punches - anybody assuming this role will be indebted to CPD for its course content.”
