“Sufficient and useful information. Many of the quiz questions tested the knowledge which does not seem to be useful at all, e.g. the number of thresholds or dates related questions. Quizzes should contain more practical questions.”

“Course was presented really well. Information was straight to the point, there were pictures on every slide and audio too. The mini-quizzes reassure you at the end of each unit. Great value for money with the course and the certificate upon completion. Definitely recommend.”

“This course provided me with an invaluable update of my safeguarding knowledge and training. The course was very thorough and detailed, but being split into six units meant that I could study in chunks and at my own pace. I liked the end of unit mini quizzes, which were helpful and confidence boosting.”

“This course covered every relevant aspect of safeguarding with detailed & up to date information, including data from 2021. I was very impressed by it & by the support I received from the chat helpline, in particular from Helen when I struggled with technical aspects at the start (my lack of IT experience, not the company's fault). Completed in 5 hours and my certificate through promptly. Job done! Would definitely recommend.”

“As a deputy head teacher I have found this course really vital for any adults working with children.The course has relevant legislation and lots of key information to help adults to keep children safe .The assessment at the end really did have me test the knowledge I had learned from the course.I will be looking at the level 3 course moving forward”
