“The safeguarding course was really long, but I know this cannot be helped as it is all quite important. The text is well-written and contains lots of useful information. The quiz/test at the end had quite a lot of questions that I don’t feel are particularly useful take-away from the curse, such as ‘who is responsible for safeguarding in Northern Ireland’ as I am based in England and this is totally unneeded knowledge. It seemed that the quiz was more to check that you had completely read the questions information, rather than that you have understood any of the important concepts.”

“I’ve done this course before, it’s been updated and that was very good. Unfortunately, the bot that reads the text is awful and I quickly didn’t use it. Surely that could be better. The quiz at the end is mostly relevant but has too many pointless ‘guess the number of/ date of/ is it 47 or 17 ’ type questions. Get rid of them and make it out of 25 instead.”

“I felt the course was very informative. The mini quizzes were helpful for gauging how I was doing. On the other hand, I didn't feel that there was enough material covering prevent and radicalisation, which is also vitally important.”
