“I r enrolled in the Safeguarding Children Level 2 course , and I’m writing to report an issue with the course videos. Several of the videos appear to play two separate voice recordings at the same time, which makes the content very difficult to understand. This significantly affects the quality of the learning experience. I would appreciate it if you could look into this issue as soon as possible and provide a fix. At present, the course is not functioning as expected, and it is frustrating given that it has been paid for. I would also suggest that course materials are thoroughly checked before being made available to learners, to prevent issues like this in the future.”

“Again, very accessible terminology and straightforward stopping and starting process. Found one or two moments where the final quiz content contradicted notes taken from the lessons, but other than that, very happy with the information!”
