“This course was well presented and broken down into manageable chunks, with a knowledge quiz at the end of each section. The audio was good, it helped to hear the text and limited the amount of re-reading needed. The case studies were interesting and helped develop my knowledge of what happens when the correct safeguarding procedures are not in place.”

“Some quiz questions were too specific and seemingly irrelevant from an actual on-the-ground point of view, and nothing one would keep in mind. (E.g. how many days after X should Y take place?) Also, there were annoying bugs in section 5–6 for me, that said whenever I tried to go to the next *question*, it said I skipped ahead too far and I had to go back and manually click on the next question instead.”
