“I was made to do this or a similar course for a job I'd signed up to, but they expected me to pay for it myself so I was relieved it was only £24. The information was quite samey after a while and seemed more relevant to social workers than to education professionals like myself, but it was still fairly useful. The final quiz needs revamping though. It's stupid and lazy of the quiz-setter to keep asking numerical-answer questions like "How many levels / types/ characteristics / possible outcomes..." or "Which numbered section of this law is relevant to..." as if those numbers are more important than what they mean or what you should do about them. If you do this course, you'll learn a few useful things but to pass it, you'd better keep track of the least useful info - especially the numbers!”

“learned a lot. Felt quite granular on the legislative side , and less detailed on the practical side. I think the quiz required memorising numbers (eg "how many factors are there in XXXX 3, 5, 9 or 10 ) which felt pointless to me, unless it was to prove that people had taken notes. Still it was a useful exercise”
