“Informative and accurate. Needs more scenarios of good practice. Site kept freezing/crashing so it took a long time to complete. A fair substitute for F2F learning.”

“I have completed Safeguarding courses before, but a long while ago so some of the course content was familiar to me, but there were many parts of it that provided learning opportunities. The information was detailed and clear, and each section is broken down into bite-size parts, so by no means overwhelming. Only a slight IT blip at the end when the quiz did not load, but there was an online chat icon available to click onto if you needed help. I used this; the response was fast and the person was very helpful. Unlike another course I completed with a different provider, if you gave a wrong answer in the quiz it would highlight the correct one, which was extremely useful, so you learnt from your mistakes. I tend to make notes throughout courses as a) this is the best way for me to learn and b) at 51 if I don’t write things down I forget. Anyway I was pleased to pass first time and will be looking to see what else I can do. This has been so useful to be able to do online during these difficult times and certainly helps the brain to keep ticking over. Thank you so much,”
