“I really valued my time studying with CPC and found the experience both insightful and rewarding. The course helped me understand how to protect adults at risk and how to respond appropriately if something does not seem right. It gave me a deeper understanding of the different types of harm, including domestic abuse, physical abuse, financial abuse, emotional abuse, sexual abuse, and neglect. I also learned how to recognise warning signs such as sudden changes in behaviour, unexplained injuries, withdrawal, or fear of certain people. I particularly liked that the content was read aloud while you followed along, as this made the learning much easier. I also appreciated the use of case studies, which clearly demonstrated how situations can go wrong and what can be done to prevent similar issues in the future.”
