“Course was a good broad overview of the material, going into more detail where required. I do however feel as though I've learned how to pass a test, rather than confident that I know all the material. There was unnecessary repetition of some points, frustrations at misspellings and misleading questions in the final quiz, where due to some ambiguity multiple (or at least 2 of 4) answers could have been correct. (I didn't retake the quiz to achieve 100% due to this shortcoming, whereas personal pride would normally force me to do so). The ability to retake as many times as required to pass, devalues the test also, as someone could just jot down the correct answers on 1st pass and immediately get 100% on the next try. It's better to have some test than nothing though. There is a function built in to stop people skipping through all the slides, but this didn't work as intended. It would always stop you from skipping ahead in. the 1st 10 seconds of exposure, but on multiple occasions would still stop advancement even after over a minute, due to some unknown glitch, which was very frustrating after I'd already read through the material presented.”

Thank you for your review and feedback on our Safeguarding Vulnerable Adults Level 2 course Peter. We are glad you found the course offered a broad overview. We will send the course to be externally proof checked, to ensure any spelling mistakes are rectified and to ensure the quiz questions are clear and easy to follow. We offer people the option to re-take the quiz as many times as they need to pass, however 50 quiz questions uploaded, but it will only 30 show on each attempt. Meaning if you need to re-take the quiz, you will have new questions to answer, to prevent people writing down and copying the correct answer from the previous attempt. “There were glitches. Most pages only had 'mark complete' rather than 'next page' when there was a next page so I had to keep going backward and forwards. A bit dry...could do with some videos or written tasks to break up the info. Some of the quiz questions at the end where a bit random. Why would it be important that sou remember at what age 'Melissa' was abused, for example.”
