I only bake 2 loaves a week, so a big sack lasts a while. I generally make sourdough loaves with the occasional mixed grain. I have found all the flours from Cotswold Flour very good. And the Windrush is excellent for sourdough.

I am very pleased with this flour. I get really good loaves from my breadmaker as the flour is quite light, white and finely ground.

I am always looking out for new flour to use to make my sourdough bread. I gave this one a go and it makes good bread. Texture is good and it sounds funny but the colour is good too. Will buy this one again.
