Although I have DH..( form of celiacs, ) that affects my skin I find this bread mix tolerable .it's because of the ancient grains in this mix that doesn't contain do much gluten and is a really nice change from general GF foods .would highly recommend if only sensitive to gluten. ..

The flour is great but I was very disappointed by the short best before date. I received 7.5k on 8 March 2023 which had a best before date of 6 May 2023. I emailed to suggest that buyers are warned not to order more than they can use in a few weeks but never got a response.

This is a perfect flour mix! The flavour that the two flours produce is wonderful, and it produces a lovely texture to handle and work within any bread dough. It also produces the most wonderful pink-tinted sourdough starter.
