Makes a lovely tasting loaf when mixed 300 gm Rye to 200 gm white in particular if you can use the regenerative white.

Love the Wholegrain Dark Rye, I mix it with 8grain and spelt and it makes a tasty loaf.

Lovely texture. I use thi sto feed my starter and add to the mix when I want darker bread.
