We would never want to go back to anything other flour. We buy it by the sack, direct from the mill. It is a great service, great flour and local, what is not to like.

The Dalziel family Friday Pizza Nights are famous around here - thanks to this fabulous pizza flour - it makes delicious stretchy dough after a 24-hour proving process.
