Like all of Matthews flours the Seven Seed Mix is excellent quality. I use it in a three part mixture 1 of seven seed, 1 Canadian and 1 Belle Blanc. This makes a light loaf that is tastier and has more texture than a plain white. I use the same mixture with the Cotswold crunch, another top quality flour.

This flour makes a lovely loaf,tasty light and full of flavour. I have been hand baking for over 60 years [ nothing fancy just a daily loaf] and I have found Matthews flours to be consistent in their rise and crumb,giving a reliable outcome.

No hassle of adding additional ingredients, this flour creates a lovely bread just as it is. I’ve made bread by hand, created dough with a mixer and used it in a bread maker …it works every time. It will certainly make up a bigger proportion of my next order.

I have been baking my own bread since the 1970s. This flour makes the best bread, wonderful flavour and texture. Thoroughly recommended

I have been making my own bread for over 20 years. I wanted to add an addition to my White Spelt & Seeds Loaf. After few experiments I have finally settled on 100gm Seven Seed mix to 425gm White Spelt flour. What a great mixture!!!
