I was sent a free bag of this and it has turned out to be fantastic. Very good for crumbles and shortbread and then I used it, alongside Churchill white, in a sourdough loaf. Really delicious and not too earnest for something that is high in fibre. Thank you!

I use the Foodbod master recipe to make my sourdough bread… 50/50 Canadian White with Einkorn flour to make a lovely whole grain loaf which I find lighter than other whole grain flours.
