This is the only bread I eat now which I make in my breadmaker. Love it.

This is the best spelt flour from Matthews. I use it for all my baking, my sister who is modern wheat intolerant, loves my bread and regularly takes a couple of loaves away home with her. I have tried the spelt and rye flour and she is ok with that, so I will get it in my next order. Thanks

I have been using Matthews Cotswold white spelt flour for years now. My husband cannot each ordinary flour but he can eat spelt flour as it is easily digested. I use the flour to make bread, biscuits, pasty, cakes and anything else where flour is needed. It is excellent. The service is excellent. The flour is delivered well packaged. It has a good shelf life.

We have been using Matthews Spelt flour for sometime and wouldn't use anything else now. My husband is allergic to wheat but fine with spelt and this flour makes wonderful loaves in our breadmaker. I haven't used it in other baking but will try it now based on what others have said. The service is excellent and the flour arrives well packaged. Before I discovered you could order directly from Matthews, I used a well known internet service and the flour usually had very short shelf life d and didn't bake such good loaves. I will always order direct from Matthews!

My son is not coeliac but has a “general”wheat intolerance, however after I was given some advice in a health shop, he is delighted that he can eat bread, and other baking made with Spelt flour and/or French flour both of which have remained the same for years, Probably because they have not been “cross pollinated” etc., another factor is the way the grain is ground. This flour is perfect and the information may be interesting to other “bakers” -really worth a try .

I've been using spelt flour and other quality flours for couple of years now, in my home made bread. High protein flours are a big contributer to my well-being diet. Their expertise with their processes, the helpfulness of their staff as well as competitive prices and their speedy delivery system makes a simple choice for me to ongoing use of Matthews Cotswold Flour!

Started using Spelt as an experiment. I now use it whenever there is a need for a white flour. It bakes great and tastes great. I have numerous mixes with it and all are superb.

My husband cannot tolerate wheat but he can tolerate Spelt flour and, until I chanced upon Matthews Flour on offer in Aldi, (I tracked Matthews flour down online and have bought direct ever since). I would make bread for him with another brand of whole meal spelt flour. Matthews White Spelt Flour changed the game - completely. He wanted a white loaf and this flour delivers in bucket loads. I stick to a specific recipe that I have worked out and, I use an old Kenwood Mixer with a dough hook to make 3 loaves at a time and the result yield's wonderful, soft, white loaves. If we have visitors, they plead to take a loaf away with them and I have shared my recipe and flour source with many friends. Aside from the bread, the flour is so fine it is also perfect for cake baking; pastry; sauces etc in fact everything, meaning my wheat intolerant/coeliac husband does not miss out on all the food he enjoys. (He might just be a lucky Coeliac but, it's worth trying). Fabulous flour, thank you.
