I use a proportion of 40:30 Churchill White / Cotswold Crunch at it makes a wonderful loaf with good structure and excellent flavour.

Ordered this (and a few others) to test out as a replacement for my usual flour. ( sadly the mill has recently closed) Produced what could possibly be the best sourdough I have made so far. Will definitely be buying again, and again. . .Just wish it came in maybe a 3kg or 5 kg bag - please?

Love this flour, very flexible with sourdough or yeast. Gives consistent results with great flavour.

I alternate between this and Canadian white, we enjoy both and achieve good results with these flours, either with yeast or sourdough.

I have started using this for my soughdough starter. The starter seems to be of excellent quality and when used as a starter with other bread flour has made some of my best sourdough loaves to date.

I bought this to try, with my flour order, it made the best white loaf I have made for ages, I thought it was just a one off and so made a couple more and again, great taste, lovely texture. Also added it half and half to the cotswold Just bought more ❤️
