I have tried Ancient Cotswold Crunch after successfully using Cotswold Crunch for sometime and was not dissapointed. It is nuttier tasting than Cotswold Crunch and I had to use approx 30gm of Cotswold strong white flour to get it rise to my liking. I will buy this again.
