Any problems I have are soon sorted with the support desk. Shout out to Ben who today also showed an excellent understanding of Sage, much more helpful than Sage support itself. Thanks Ben

The team were great but disappointed the designers did not take on my suggestions for improving the waiting list research idea I put to them.

If it is something CoolCare will consider doing, it is added into its future development pipeline.
