“As review above all went well on line but every time tried to transition from confused to churchill plus site kept handing and going no further. Called Churchill very helpful lady who assisted us and we did it all on the telephone. As for the service for policy only been in force a few days, so hopefully will not need them any further as previous insurers been them with nearly 20 years and never claimed lets hope we have the same situation with Churchill. Tried their chat optio and, after finally getting through to a human, I was assured the offer had been placed in my account. It hadn’t.
Eventually, I was able to complete the purchase, and got an email confirming this.
However, when I tried to access the policy, I got a message to say my email address wasn’t the one attached to the policy - despite the fact this was the email address they had contact me on.”
