However, when I tried to access the policy, I got a message to say my email address wasn’t the one attached to the policy - despite the fact this was the email address they had contact me on.”
“The insurance is very good. The quote on confused.com is competitive. The only issue I had is that they still quoted higher in their renewal letter than what I see on confused.com. So I purchased a new policy from them via confused.com and let the old one expire.”
