“The 4 star rating is not for the policy itself, but the fact that I had selected the Policy Expert Silver policy for my father and told him the cost and what he was covered for (he has no computer or mobile phone). He rang up to pay, and ended up on Policy Expert Gold with Breakdown Cover he didn't need!! He had to ring again to get it put right, which they did straight away. Otherwise, the policy seems to give fair cover for the price.”
“I incurred lots of issues when trying to make the payment, the message stating they are experiencing technical difficulties. When I contacted Policy Expert by phone in order to make the payment they wanted to add £12.50 for using the telephone service. As I had already done all the process myself online, and the payment issue was due to their technical issue I refused to pay extra and after much deliberation the payment was finally accepted without incurring any an extra charge.”
