“I found it to be somewhat difficult to adjust additional extra’s on the cheapest quote. My requests did not appear to include all the extras requested and the policy became considerably more expensive when these were added. It included items I did not want and extra’s I would have preferred but did not seem available.”
“Checked out Confused.com. I'm very glad I did as I was able to buy 2 cheaper policies this year for both my vehicles. The website is easy to use, simple questions, all easy to understand & straight forward. Very good value for money, cover to meet my needs. The only negative was that I was not able to have both my policies on the same account & had to use 2 separate email addresses to register my policies separately. The odd thing here is that I was able to buy both policies, one after the other using the same email address. It would be beneficial for Policy Experts to look at enabling this facility. I also have my Building & Contents insurance with Policy Expert so having access to all 3 policies via one account with one email address & one password would be excellent.”
