“Been with LV with various policies including my cars and normally they have been good, however on 1 car I was picked for deeper investigation wrt providing driving license copies for all drivers, detailed car documents etc. I don't really have a problem with this but they were very aggressive in demanding the details within certain time frames otherwise policy would be cancelled. They even lost a document I sent and aggressively chased me for it. Not a pleasant experience at all.”
