“Issues over set up of direct debit - after investigation it appeared the error was with LV. New direct debit set up from Oct 2014 to Feb 2015! During which a total of 12 phones calls to LV and ended up paying monthly with my debit card.
During this time plenty of letters from LV warning insurance could be cancelled - although one telephone operator was really helpful and did everything she promised :).
Also concerned that LV operate 'roll on' of contract.”
