“Considering there meant to be the leading uk's number 1 insurance company for prices and customer service I will never be using LV again...
I have had nothing but problems the last 3 months due to a accident where someone cut my brake lines , so was my fault as i couldn't stop and drove into back of someone, i done the proper procedures of taking pictures , swapping details , on doing this the third party drove of to the hospital to get his neck seen to with the car i had driven into which had no damage , 3 hours later still waiting for my car to be recovered third parties car is on the back of a recovery truck being recovered and driving past me , bearing in mind there was not a scratch on the third party vehicle ..
LV didn't deal with properly , they didnt help me or look after me as a customer of there's as I explain underneath...
Still on going with them currently due to them paying out third party expenses of up to 4k on hire fees , although third partys car didn't have no damage and i still have proof of this they never sent a engineer out from Lv to examine the third party damage they went on third parties engineer report of the other clients car , on doing that I wasn't told until I phoned up myself on querying about something else that they told me they had paid the third party out for hire expenses and said they never sent there own engineer out because it was upto me to ask about sending a engineer out to check my car and the third party car , which also is wrong.
3 phonecalls over 3 hours of them, my father being involved as he works in insurance and still they cant seem to realise what they done wrong.... still leaving me with no money a car or anything I canceled insurance and refused to make anymore payments to them even though they still demand money of me I shall not be making anymore payments as what they have done is wrong , and now have threatning letters through my door regarding a large payment or therr will be a enforcement team coming to my home , there customer service is awful and I shall hope a lot of people see this and will not use LV as they have gone against there contract rules and the law with regards to being in an accident and dealing with it properly especially when I am fully comp!
There is so much more I can write about them but I would be here for hours on end but this is just one of the problems I have had with this company!”
