“Took my deposit and accepted that my car belonged to my common law partner. When received my insurance certificate it said parents car. Called to query it to be told they couldnt insure me despite originally telling me they could. Finally agreed to cover my for this year only. Quick to take money not quick enough to provide accurate information!!!!”
