“The communication and services were brilliant.
However the actual black box insurance is a ridiculous. I've never made a claim and they said they cannot insure me for next year.
They don't care about good driving at all. Once they see you've been driving good and getting money back every 3 months, they will say your speeding when you clearly are not or braking harshly. (Happened to others I have been reading about it online aswell)
I find this company to be a joke when it comes to the black box and earning money back! They want to keep the money, not give it back to you. I think my renewal quote was cheaper than what they wanted to offer and therefore they said they can't insure me for the next year it's a joke!”
