As after I changed cars on my policy to a slower car my driving score went from a 77 or something in the first period to 0 in the next .. Doesn't add up baring in mind I brought a slower car with a lower litre and insurance group ... I also had trouble with the fact that I changed my car to lower my policy which I done a quote online using the same details and times which I passed my test using future dates that comes up as 1100 and I got charged 1500 or close to that so overall I'm not happy with my insurance policy and I will not be reviewing my policy with them”
