“DON'T TOUCH WITH A BARGE POLE. i was charged 12 months cover for 31 days. kept getting letters saying needed more info when telephoned advised letter was a mistake to ignore as they had all the info. then received letter to advise my insurance had been cancelled due to me not sending info!!!! when i again rang them, was advised had the info and if wanted to reinstate the insurance would have to pay a further 12 months cover payment, as gone over there 30 day query period, have tried to contact them since for a refund and had the phone put down on me. when advised would not be paying, was advised the police would be informed, as soon as the call finished that my insurance had been cancelled, blackmail to make me pay, i didn't and went to a different insurance company, who charged a third of the price, and give better service and cover.”
