“Disgusting company to be insured with, all they are is a broker, I was put through to highways which is part of LV. I was then told after paying my premium in full that my excesses wernt what flux direct had stated, and had more than doubled! Also about 3 days after paying my years premium in full I had several threatening emails stating that they would be cancelling my policy if I did not get in touch within 24 hours, after several calls being dropped by incompetent staff and ringing back again and again scared that I would not only be driving without insurance but that I would lose the £1300 spent on the years insurance it was all because I hadn't filled in their customer service feedback form they had sent in the post, absolutely ridiculous.
Then unfortunetly my car was stolen, and after going through the exact same questions with the exact same answer on at least 8 phone calls, I was told there wasn't enough information to pay me out and they would be cancelling my claim, but they still recorded it on my file so any future insurance policies I take out anywhere believe that I made a successful claim and now my insurance is even higher even though I was not at fault and they never paid out.
if I had the choice between using this company again with all the stress that goes with it and driving without insurance altogether, I would happily choose the latter”
“It's such a shame that decent insurance companies won't insure the more bespoke vehicles. And we are forced to use awful underhand companies . The saying buy cheap buy twice is so true here. I will never use again”
