“When i bought the insurance policy i had the impression that i was under questioning. Everything seemed fine untill the first month and deposit payment has been made. After that i got bombarded with issues and asked for a lot of paperwork which i was never asked for from other insurers to prove that i was not lying and threatened that if i do not send them,my policy will be canceled and my deposit lost. I felt like i just walked into a bear trap. And i'm not talking about proof of ncd. I mean proof of employment,proof of address etc. They made me feel that i was the biggest liar on earth and i cannot be trusted even though it wasn't the situation. Anyway...after £80 of extra charges on my phone bill because their customer service no is 0845,and 2 stressfull weeks, i finally managed to sort out the insurance. Will definately look for someone else!”
“To change your policy there is always a fee, to change a vehicle cost me an extra £150 and you get roped into a finance deal so you cant cancel early without incurring a fee. I will never use this company again.”
