“Terrible support when my car was written off in a hit and run. I was left without a car for over a week before they decided it would be written off. I then had to pay £120 to recover my car back from the garage they had sent it to for assessment which was an hour away. They never returned my calls I had to do the communication between the garage, the solicitors and Endsleigh, i'm not sure what you pay insurance for I did all the sorting out! They did not back my case up with my personal situation and was subsequently left without a car for 5 months. I couldn't afford a new one on the pay out I got plus I was at university so not earning. My car was mechanically fine and there was no way I was going to afford another car as good as mine but no one listened to that even though my car was described as a 'borderline case' they did not support why it should be repaired. Won't be renewing my policy.”
