Earthborn's Ecopro Matt Emulsion is a fantastic, environmentally and Vegan friendly alternative to conventional emulsion paints. It has minimum VOC's and is free from Oils and Acrylics, making this a safe paint for you, your home and the environment. Area of application: Eco Pro Matt emulsion is best used on ceilings and walls that have modern plasters and finishes that require no breathability. Important to note: Eco Pro Matt emulsion cannot be used on Lime Plaster because the moisture vapour value is too low and will trap moisture. Earthborn Claypaint is more suitable for lime plaster. When using on wood, you may wish to further protect toys with a furniture wax or furniture glaze. Coloured paints of this product were discontinued in March 2021. “Nice matt finish but takes three coats to cover smoothly, which is a little extravagant and time consuming. However, much ameliorated by the fact that it is smell free and eco friendly.”

“Fantastic price for a decent, odour-free eco paint. Like others, we had some lumps once we got towards the bottom of the 10 litre tub. But coverage is great, colour good, so I'm about to order another 30 litres for all the rest of the mist coating and ceilings.”

“Unfortunately not so happy with this paint. Lots of big lumps so all had to be sifted out before painting could start. A bit watery too. However on the positive side, there is a very low smell.”

“Ordered white and 'Verona' in the Eco Pro matt emulsion. I applied this lovely thick paint with a roller, the coverage is very good and the finish is excellent. No unpleasant smell and touch dry very quickly. Well packaged and delivered quickly.”

“Not easy to find samples of the Earthborn Ecopaint, I was delighted to find it available at Celtic Sustainables. We love the Claypaints but I wanted to see how different the whites are. Very! This Ecopaint is a brighter white than Claypaint and the consistency of the paint is quite similar - creamy and thick. Definitely one to use - none of the VOC smells of most brands. Thanks very much for the opportunity to test it - I love it!”
