“Customer service contacted me bc the graphic I supplied was too low resolution, and would not have looked good on the final feather flag. They provided me detailed instructions on how to get a higher resolution, which worked perfectly. The art department then contacted me to confirm they had received my updated graphic, and were going to realign it to match my original defeather flag. Great proactive service that stands out in an age of lack-luster mediocrity!”

“Easy to design, great prices, got here on time! Loved everything! Only thing I would be aware of is it was a little bent when I got it. But I bent back really easy. So it's perfect and my boyfriend loves it!!”
