“Order went array and a few mistakes, including late shipping after paying forexpedite, butbafter contacting customer support things were corrected. Jason, from customer support, could not have been any more helpful. Most of our correspondence was initiated by him to make sure things were going smoothly and that I was taken care of as a customer. A+ to him!”

“Paid for rush shipping, I was not notified that my order would be delayed until I reached out and asked where it was. It was a time sensitive order and although they refunded me shipping, it finally shipped over a week after I had reached out. The entire time it took was almost 3 weeks after it's initially estimated ship date.”

“Have ordered before from Build A Sign and have never had a bad experience. Items were always as described; my custom orders always looked like I wanted them to be. Recommend them to anyone who wants to give a "speciality" gift that will please !”
