“The tool that allows one to see the finished product does not show top and bottom white space. My feather banners arrived slightly bent in the middle. I filled out a customer survey from them but never heard anything.”

“I contacted customer service as I was dissatisfied with the product upon arrival. Customer service went above and beyond what I expected and I am awaiting the arrival of my new feather banners.
