“The banner is not sturdy when displayed. I have ordered three banners to date and this is the only one that is flimsy and does not have the same quantity as the other two. Truly disappointed.”

“I did this order twice, because there was a printing error with the background in the first run. I explained the error to customer service and provided photos. I was told that I did not have to provide new artwork, and that the error would be fixed, but when I received the replacement order, the same order was repeated. Please see attached images.”
