“This is my second banner from build a sign. The first was great and still is, but my experience with this second one is definitely lacking. Got the new one in with the "professional stand" this time instead of the standard one. Was super excited when it came it, unpackaged it, and gave it a test run. Well the banner pulled out but had no tension or retractability. Upon closer inspection the caps on both sides were cracked and there were prices of what I'm guessing is whatever holds the spool in place in the bottom of the bag. You can hear the spool just knocking around and it's definitely not held in place. Wasted $130.”

“Quality and turnaround time were great! The only thing I would change is to provide a template file. Sure you have the preview section, but it's very general. As a graphic designer, having exact measurements to how much will be hidden in the hardware and how much bleed is necessary is super helpful. Everything still turned out great, I'm just nitpicking.”
