“Quite some difficulty was had throughout this order. Once ordered, I appreciate the proofing and availability to edit our design. It took a few times to get it right. There was a lag in time to receive the final proof, therefore our shipping date was pushed out too late. We did not receive the item on time. Once it was received, the colors were pretty different than the proof (black looks blue), and the stand is extremely flimsy. The pole is already bent and not what was expected. Its not the worst experience I've had but definitely not the best.”
