“The quality of the banner was not what we expected. After receiving the first proof and making changes as your company stated I never received a second proof indicating the image was still going to be blurry. We are not happy with the result of the product and feel we should receive a full refund, however your company stated that we will not be receiving a full refund only credit for a new purchase.”

“Ordered banner for an event that took place yesterday. Banner arrived late last night. The quality is poor. Banner is not retractable. Sign has a hole and the first one was not put together and ripped from the top. Good customer service but poor quality.”
